Day 6 : Strengthening the Basics

Today,
Performed PCR for samples from F2 generation of  Mapping Population with two SSR primers. Results are analyzed by performing Gel Electrophoresis.
Learnt to study and analyze the results from the Documented image of Electrophoresed Gel.
