There are students here at NABI, who were completing their final year projects of their B.Tech. They all successfully completed their project and finished their Thesis submission along with presentations and Viva. They all shared their happiness and distributed sweets at the Lab today. Happiness and Joy of Success after all! Will miss the mob and the cheerful environment they used to maintain.
Repeated yesterday's amylose estimation practical with few corrections and got the results for starch samples.
Yesterday's errors:
- Improper vortexing of starch samples(in DMSO) before heating the samples at 85C.
- Iodine that was used was exposed to light for longer span. The reaction is light sensitive. so, it should be taken care that there are no long exposures to light.
Besides work, today had brief chats with old school friends. It's always a delight to look back to school memories and buddies. Try it once in a while. Sure, You'll feel good. we discussed future study plans, current life, and other moments. You realize how much you've changed when you speak to your old friends. Don't you?
No matter, how much old we grow, it's important to maintain good relations with people we've spent time with. They adorn our little world with happy memories and moments. What do you think? In this huge and noisy world, isn't it important to make our existence more lively? Finding ways to keep oneself happy is an art and we need to learn it too.
